TICKET FAQS
DO I NEED A TICKET TO WATCH A WORLD CUP 2026 SCREENING?
Tickets are required to guarantee entry for any match, and many matches will be ticket-only. A limited number of walk-ins may be available for non-sold-out events, but entry is always at the discretion of venue management. To guarantee a stress-free entry, we strongly recommend purchasing a ticket on our World Cup 2026 page.
WHICH MATCHES WILL BE SHOWN AT BOXPARK?
Due to US match timings, not all fixtures will be shown. However, we’ll be screening a huge selection of matches, including games outside of standard trading hours. For full information, visit our World Cup 2026 page.
ARE FANS OF ALL TEAMS PERMITTED ENTRY FOR ALL MATCHES?
For all England matches, we will be operating an England fan-only venue. Guests wearing opposition colours or supporting the opposing team may be refused entry.
Outside of this, all fans and teams colours are encouraged
HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?
Prices vary depending on the match and venue. Please check individual event listings for full details.
CAN I BUY AS MANY TICKETS AS I LIKE?
A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per person, per match, so bring your team!
HOW DO I PURCHASE TABLES FOR ENGLAND GAMES?
For England games this year, there will only be tables available at Boxpark Shoreditch, Camden and Liverpool. Boxpark Croydon and Wembley will be fully standing for England games. Those venues that have tables will be first-come, first-served. Rest of the world games - tables are available to book tickets for.

Ticket inclusions vary depending on the match. Please review the individual ticket details for accurate information. All of our paid tickets include either a food or drink token.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T GET A TICKET ONLINE?
Anyone trying to purchase tickets will be given the option to be added to the waiting list and will be notified if there is space from any cancellations. Limited walk-in entry may be available on a first-come, first-served basis for screenings which are not sold out. However, we strongly advise against attempting walk-up entry for any high-profile match, as you will almost certainly not be granted access.
CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?
No - tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. If we find evidence of you reselling your ticket, we will cancel your ticket, and it will not be valid upon entry. The lead booker must be present upon entry and will be asked to provide ID.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND?
All tickets are officially non-refundable. Should you feel the circumstances regarding your refund request warrant further consideration, you can contact us via the details published on the ticket no later than 48 hrs prior to your booked event. Refunds are at the management’s discretion.

WHEN IS THE EARLIEST I CAN ARRIVE FOR SCREENINGS?
Tickets are valid for entry from four hours before kick-off for England matches only. Tickets for other matches vary. Please see the details for the individual event.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN ARRIVE?
Last entry varies by event. Please check the details for the individual event. For England matches, it is 60 MINUTES before kick-off.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
We love to see our customers supporting their team. However, there are certain events where shirts of opposition or rival fans are not allowed. Most notably, when we host England games, we cannot accept shirts of rival teams or the opposition. Please check the T&C’s of the specific event concerned.
WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE VENUE?
Ticket Holders/Event attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded as an audience without payment, and to their image being exploited in any media for any purpose at any time throughout the World Cup by BOXPARK Limited, who shall own the copyright in all such recordings. All personal data will be processed in accordance with privacy policy.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC RULES FOR THE SCREENINGS?
We do have a few house rules and polite requests for guests attending football screenings:
· Celebrate with style but please stay on the floor, our tables and chairs are for sitting only and don’t hold up well to being stood on.
· It’s a beautiful game, please celebrate with your teammates and applaud with your opponents – we love football.
· Please refrain from throwing things in the air, such as your shoes or your hopes and dreams. They hurt.
· Your entry is conditional upon a short search of your bags and person to protect your safety and that of other attendees. We are really grateful for your assistance in securing everyone’s safety at our venue.
· BOXPARK has a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy to: racism, anti-social behaviour, inciting hatred, abuse to our staff or fellow guests.
· BOXPARK does not allow the following items into our sites: laser devices, knives/weapons, ammunition, explosives, flares/fireworks, air horns, alcoholic beverages, unsealed bottles, illegal substances.
· We don't allow banners to be put up inside the venue, you are welcome to keep them in your bag but please refrain from putting them up on site.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING DISCRIMINATION?
BOXPARK is an inclusive and safe venue for all guests. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to any form of racism, anti-social behaviour, inciting hatred, abuse to our staff or fellow guests. We take any accusations of discrimination very seriously and will handle any incidents carefully.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR THE WORLD CUP EVENTS AT BOXPARK?
For all England games, we are 18+. For other screenings, please view our venue pages for age restrictions by time.
