BOXPARK Fantasy Premier League 2026

Competition: Boxpark Fantasy Premier League 2026/27

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Boxpark Fantasy Premier League competition (the “Competition”) operated by Boxpark (the “Promoter”).

By entering the Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Competition is open to eligible participants who are residents of the United Kingdom and who meet any applicable age requirements.

1.2. Employees of Boxpark, its group companies, and anyone directly involved in the organisation or administration of the Competition may be excluded from participating. The Promoter may also exclude immediate family members where appropriate.

1.3. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and/or eligibility from any participant.

1.4. Participants must have a valid Fantasy Premier League (FPL) account and must create or join the designated Boxpark FPL league using the details and/or league code provided by Boxpark.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The Competition will run throughout the 2026/27 Premier League season, beginning with Gameweek 1 and ending following the completion and finalisation of Gameweek 38.

2.2. The Competition consists of:

• Monthly Manager of the Month prizes, awarded to the participant who records the highest FPL score during each relevant calendar month; and

• One Overall Winner prize of £1,000, awarded to the participant with the highest overall FPL score at the end of the 2026/27 season.

2.3. The Competition will be based on the official Fantasy Premier League 2026/27 game and its applicable scoring system.

3. Entry

3.1. Entry is free unless otherwise expressly stated by Boxpark.

3.2. Participants must join the designated Boxpark FPL league before the applicable deadline to be eligible for prizes.

3.3. Each participant may enter only one team into the Competition unless Boxpark expressly states otherwise.

3.4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their FPL team is correctly registered and associated with the Boxpark league.

3.5. Boxpark accepts no responsibility for participants who fail to join the league correctly, enter incorrect details, or otherwise fail to complete the entry requirements.

4. Fantasy Premier League Rules

4.1. The Competition will use the official points awarded by Fantasy Premier League.

4.2. Player points, bonus points, deductions, transfers, chips, captaincy, substitutions and all other scoring matters will be determined in accordance with the official FPL rules.

4.3. The official FPL points total displayed by Fantasy Premier League following the relevant Gameweek's finalisation will be used for the purposes of determining Competition standings.

4.4. Any subsequent amendments to FPL points made by Fantasy Premier League may be taken into account by Boxpark where reasonably practicable.

4.5. Boxpark does not control the FPL platform and cannot guarantee its availability, functionality or accuracy.

5. Monthly Manager of the Month

5.1. A Manager of the Month prize will be awarded for each calendar month of the 2026/27 Premier League season in which qualifying FPL Gameweeks take place.

5.2. The Manager of the Month will be the participant who records the highest total FPL points during the relevant month, based on the official FPL scoring system.

5.3. For clarity, the monthly score will be calculated using the participant's FPL Gameweek scores falling within the relevant calendar month.

5.4. If a Gameweek spans two calendar months, Boxpark will determine which month that Gameweek is allocated to for the purposes of the Competition. Boxpark's determination will be final.

5.5. The prize for each Manager of the Month will be communicated by Boxpark before or during the Competition and may be subject to separate prize-specific conditions.

5.6. A participant may win more than one Manager of the Month prize during the season, unless Boxpark expressly states otherwise.

6. Overall Winner

6.1. The Overall Winner will be the eligible participant with the highest cumulative FPL points at the conclusion of Gameweek 38.

6.2. The Overall Winner will receive a £1,000 cash prize.

6.3. The final league position will be determined using the official overall FPL points displayed following the finalisation of Gameweek 38.

6.4. The £1,000 prize is subject to eligibility checks and may not be transferred, exchanged or substituted for another prize unless Boxpark determines otherwise.

7. Ties

7.1. In the event that two or more participants finish with the same number of points for a prize, Boxpark will use the official ranking/order provided by Fantasy Premier League as the primary tie-breaker where available.

7.2. If the official FPL ranking does not provide a suitable determination, Boxpark reserves the right to determine a fair and reasonable tie-break procedure.

7.3. Boxpark's decision regarding the application of any tie-break procedure will be final.

8. Prize Claims

8.1. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided to Boxpark or associated with their Competition entry.

8.2. Winners may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their identity and eligibility before a prize is awarded.

8.3. If a winner does not respond within the period specified by Boxpark, or cannot satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility, Boxpark reserves the right to withdraw the prize and, where appropriate, award it to the next eligible participant.

8.4. Prizes are subject to any applicable legal requirements and may be subject to verification.

9. Disqualification

9.1. Boxpark reserves the right to disqualify any participant where it reasonably believes that the participant:

• has breached these Terms & Conditions;

• has provided false or misleading information;

• has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Competition;

• has used fraudulent or abusive methods to participate;

• has entered multiple teams where this is not permitted; or

• has otherwise acted in a manner that compromises the fair operation or integrity of the Competition.

9.2. Boxpark reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a prize where a winner is subsequently found to have been ineligible or to have breached these Terms & Conditions.

10. FPL Platform and Third Parties

10.1. The Competition is operated by Boxpark and is separate from the official Fantasy Premier League competition operated by the Premier League.

10.2. Fantasy Premier League is used as the scoring platform for this Competition.

10.3. Boxpark is not responsible for any technical failure, interruption, outage, delay, scoring error or other issue affecting the FPL website, app or associated services.

10.4. Where there is a discrepancy between information displayed by Boxpark and the official FPL platform, Boxpark may rely on the official FPL data as the basis for determining Competition results.

11. Changes and Cancellation

11.1. Boxpark reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the Competition or any element of it.

11.2. Boxpark will endeavour to communicate any significant changes to participants.

11.3. Boxpark will not make changes to these Terms for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging a participant who has already entered.

12. Publicity

12.1. Subject to applicable law, Boxpark may announce the names, FPL team names and/or other non-sensitive information of prize winners for promotional purposes.

12.2. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to their prize and/or the Competition.

12.3. Any use of a winner's personal information will be handled in accordance with Boxpark's applicable privacy policy.

13. Liability

13.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13.2. Subject to the above, Boxpark will not be responsible for any loss, damage, failure or delay arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures affecting third-party platforms.

14. Personal Data

14.1. Any personal data collected in connection with the Competition will be processed in accordance with Boxpark's applicable privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

14.2. Participants should ensure that the information they provide is accurate and kept up to date.

15. General

15.1. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside any specific information provided by Boxpark regarding the Competition and its prizes.

15.2. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific prize condition, the specific prize condition will apply to that prize.

15.3. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

15.4. The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Competition, eligibility and prize awards will be final, subject to applicable law.

15.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Competition, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
