I have a passion for quality food and when I started in Street Food I began to research how food is produced and how I could provide quality meat on markets at a reasonable price.
My background in optimizing processes for large corporations and trouble shooting led me to look at the end to end supply chain for meat.
I have visited over 20 small farms to learn about meat production and their unique business models and in doing so discovered regenerative agriculture. – maintaining or creating healthy living soil, a back to nature approach utilising biodiversity and integrating livestock. For customers it is to provide grass fed, uk breed, dry aged meat and at a price that reaches the masses.
