This October, we're exhibiting the work of artist Lucy Ali - the artist behind HAUS - kicking off with a launch exhibition on the 1st of October, with music, DJs and more.
ABOUT:
This is my first exhibition ~ something I’ve dreamed of since I was four years old. In honour of that, I wanted the collection to reflect the childlike wonder that first made me fall in love with art.
Growing up, I loved painting Disney princesses and villains, so for this collection I’ve reimagined them as adults around a poker table ~ combining a piece of my childhood with something I’m now famously unbeatable at!
Across 11 original paintings, the exhibition is a playful take on nostalgia, bringing familiar characters into an unexpected grown-up world while celebrating the imagination I’ve carried with me since childhood.
What to Expect on the night: My work not only put up across the entire venue but a chance to see all the canvas’s in person and if any are available ~ to be sold to the public.
This is an 18+ event.
