Inamo Sukoshi

In 2022 we created inamo sukoshi (meaning “little inamo”) to share some of our award-winning menu with influences from across Asia, with a new audience in food hall style venues. We’re serving knockout sushi & fusion street food with some of your favourite dishes from our restaurants, including our signature Dragon Rolls, mouth-watering Bao Buns, & Aromatic Crispy Duck, alongside new dishes like Japanese Hot Dogs, Chicken Katsu Curry, Ramen, & more! We now operate in multiple locations across London, as well as offering outside catering and pop-up sushi making classes.

We’re extremely proud that inamo sukoshi has already been recognised with various awards, winning the Golden Chopsticks Award for Best Street Food UK in 2023, and being a finalist in Just Eat’s London’s Best Dish ’23, and in the Dish of the Year ’23 in the Street Food Championships.
