Our founder, Giacomo, with his extensive background as the Head Chef at Coya and Development Chef at Novikov, brings a level of professionalism and expertise that sets us apart in the street food scene.
Our journey began with a vision to bring high-quality, restaurant-level seafood to the streets, making it available to all who appreciate fine dining but prefer the casual and vibrant atmosphere of street food.
