The Wild Buffalo

At the helm of The Wild Buffalo will be Matteo Recca. Matteo is a southwest London resident with over 10 years of experience BBQ and kitchen management. Started at just 19 years old as a pit master, worked and trained alongside 3 times champion of BBQ at the time, John Hargate.

From that point his moved up the ladder to running The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch in 2015 until 2016 where he took over The Blues Kitchen Camden until 2018 then The Blues Kitchen Brixton until 2022.

Being an entrepreneur at the same time he started collaborating with different venues to implement his famous American cuisine and his own company “The Wild Buffalo “, Currently at the Camden Assembly and now BOXPARK!
