Our journey started in the streets of Napoli where we learn the tricks of the trade, where the competition is so fierce just the best survive.

As I am half Italian half English I decided to take my experience and passion abroad, so Grano Tenero was born, a new exciting challenge finally putting together my knowledge and experience acquired over 10 + years.

The Napolitan pizza is the very first pizza ever made. Our dough is made with 48 hrs double leavening.

High hydration gives the dough great softness, lightness and flavor.

Our ingredients are sourced from the best supplier guaranteeing the highest standards.

The menu reflects true Italian cuisine and is prepared with the aim of transmitting the taste of southern Italy.
