Yorkshire Burrito is powered by a team with a huge breadth of experience and love for produce, food and service. At the helm of Yokshire Burrito is Henry Preen, who is passionate about British produce and quality ingredients. The team also includes Joe Prudames who trained at City & Guilds, executive chef of the award winning pub group Yummy Pubs and Operations Manager for Street Food Union. Vittoria Deffenu, previously brand development manager at Savage Salads and content creator for various companies in the Uk and Italy.
