Kabab was created by a Kiwi who loves the flavours of the Mediterranean and has a healthy addiction to the barbecue. Coming from a country so far away, there's a real mix in menu and giving things a go – mixing the traditional with the modern.
Started with a street food pitch next to an awesome pub in Old St, with lots of fun lunches and evenings serving free range kebabs and halloumi fries to locals. We were then chosen to go on the Deliveroo Incubator program, graduated and was given a permanent spot! Proper excited to have our first site and being able to interact again with our customers.
