OUR NEW SUMMER COCKTAIL MENU IS HERE!

To kickstart the summer, we have launched a delicious and fruity new cocktail menu!
Don't worry if you haven't planned your summer holiday yet - our cocktails will transport you to an idyllic setting - think sunny beaches with a gentle palm tree breeze.
The new cocktails will join BOXPARK favourite, the Pornstar Martini, which always makes an appearance as soon as spring hits. This is our biggest cocktail launch yet thanks to our new spirit pouring partner Pernod Ricard, so expect to see all of your favourite summer bevvies on the menu.
BLACKLINE’S SPICY TOMMY'S MARGARITA
Created in 1988 by Julio Bermejo and named after his family’s Mexican restaurant and bar in San Francisco, the self-proclaimed ‘premier tequila bar on earth’. Instead of using the traditional combination, Julio replaced triple sec with agave nectar to enhance the base flavours of the spirit itself. A zesty, sour and fresh cocktail with a kick of spice from a touch of chilli. Made with Olmeca Blanco Tequila, Chilli, Lime, Agave Nectar.

WATERMELON COCONUT FIZZ
A delicious and fruity combination of Malibu rum, fresh watermelon, strawberries and pineapple, this cocktail is truly a holiday in a cup! The perfect thirst quencher on those warm London afternoons and evenings.

CHIVAS WHISKEY SMASH
If you love ginger then this will be nothing short of heaven! Fresh, fiery ginger & squeezed lemon combined with Chivas Whiskey and Lixir Ginger Ale. It will leave a kick in the mouth!

LILLET SPRITZ
If there’s a cocktail that embodies the word refreshing, this is it. Meet the Lillet spritz! It’s bubbly, tart and citrusy, the star? Lillet Blanc, a subtly floral fortified wine. Light and breezy, the Lillet spritz is the ideal summer drink!

BEEFEATER COLLINS
The Beefeater Collins is a typical Tom Collins, made with any of our flavoured Beefeater Gins and freshened up with a handful of torn coriander leaves. Beefeater is distilled from the neutral spirits with juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peels, angelica, liquorice, almond and orris root. So, pumping up the coriander is only going to enhance the flavours and bring even more freshness to the drink.
