Koolcha, the highly anticipated casual dining venture from world-renowned chef Rohit Ghai, launches this weekend at Boxpark Wembley.
This is the second venture from business partners Chef Rohit Ghai and Abhishake Sangwan who recently opened the well-received Kutir in Chelsea. Koolcha will be a 60 cover restaurant and one of only two dine-in options at the new Boxpark venue.
Koolcha will serve a menu of signature biryanis alongside stuffed naans, small plates and grilled sandwiches. The a la carte menu includes a number of Rohit’s must-eat dishes including Ghati Masala prawns and lamb/vegetable biryanis, as well as entirely new dishes such as the Paneer tikka masala grilled sandwich. Full details of the new and exciting menu can be viewed here.
Roger Wade, Founder and CEO of Boxpark, said: “We’re thrilled to announce that KoolCha will be launching at Boxpark Wembley. KoolCha’s Chef Rohit has worked at an impressive number of world class restaurants and we have no doubt that KoolCha will be no different. Who knows, could this be the first Michelin star for Boxpark?”
Koolcha will be opening on the 10th February with a soft opening on the 9th with 50% off all food! (Eat-in only).
Opening hours: Monday - Sunday 12pm - 10:30pm
