This summer, BOXPARK launches it's #WOMXNWHOPLAY campaign to champion women in sport and inspire the next generation of female athletes and sports enthusiasts, ahead of what is set to be one of the largest European Women’s sporting events in history.
In partnership with Chivas Regal, BOXPARK has created an ‘all-womxn sports team’, collaborating with 12 trailblazers in the sports industry. Our exhibition will shine the light on this inspiring collective throughout June and July as we approach Women’s Euro 2022.
While the initiative is looking to promote female participation in sports, it will also share the stories of struggle and success from the talented collective, aiming to help increase awareness around the lack of education for young women in sports, and the existing barriers they may face on a day-to-day basis.
During this two-month program, BOXPARK will aim to educate young women on ways in which they can tackle these issues, and pursue their sports passion, whether it be on the pitch, in the studio, or even training for the Olympics.
