How we are staying safe at BOXPARK

As a public venue, we are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone – the wellbeing of our customers, traders and staff remains our number one priority.

 

LATEST COVID-19 UPDATE

Pubs and restaurants in England will be allowed to reopen outdoors in mid-April as part of the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown. People will be allowed to meet with one household or follow the rule of six and table service must be operational across all hospitality venues, however the previous 10pm curfew and the requirement to serve a “substantial” meal with alcohol have been scrapped.

Our three venues will reopen on Monday 12 April adhering to all current Covid-19 restrictions. We will be operating a full table service on behalf of our street food traders and our bars, and complying with the rule of six, as well as the Track & Trace scheme via the BOXPARK Black Card. In line with the Government regulations, we will be offering plenty of outdoor spaces and seating areas for customers to enjoy their dining experience.

We will not be taking any pre-bookings, so seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Visitors must register for entry via the BOXPARK Black Card. For those customers not dining in, you can still enjoy delicious street food from our traders via Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, or our Pickup / Collection service.

  • Mon–Thu: 11am–11pm 
  • Fri-Sat: 11am–11.45pm 
  • Sun: 11am–10.30pm

Croydon 

  • Mon-Sat: 11am–11pm 
  • Sun: 11am–10.30pm

Wembley

Mon-Sun: 11am–10pm

SAFETY MEASURES

  • Customers must wear a face covering at all times except when seated
  • BOXPARK black card registration, temperature checks and hand sanitiser will be required upon entry
  • Seating arrangements to accommodate groups of six or less with screens for further separation 
  • Face coverings will be worn by all staff on site, including traders and delivery drivers 
  • Hand sanitiser stations are located at all entrance points to venue as well as toilet areas and communal areas 
  • Cutlery, straws and napkins are available upon request to customers 
  • Increased cleaning regime and regular cleaning of all surfaces, tables and touch points
