Goat by Chef James Cochran
A new street food concept by Chef James Cochran, winner of BBC2's Great British Menu 2018. James opened the doors of his first restaurant last year called 12:51 on Upper Street, Islington. James has always been a champion of Goat meat having used it in his main dish on the TV show and numerous dishes at 12:51. We wanted to continue our love of goat meat, with the help of our supplier Cabrito, to promote the use of goat meat more in the UK. Goat meat is one of the biggest consumed meat in the world, yet it's not widely used in the UK. At Goat by Chef James Cochran, we serve our meat on flatbreads with choices of topping such as Jamaican Ginger Beer Pickled Onions, Crispy Shallots, Mango & Lime Salsa...and more. If meat isn't your thing, we have Coal Roasted Jerk Spiced Cauliflower, and sides of Smashed Potatoes with Curry Sauce and Goat Nuggets. Our meat is Halal, and we can offer Vegan and Gluten-Free options.
