BOXPARTY
We have a very fun and very dedicated team who are always busy bringing the party and vibes at BOXPARK. Our ‘BOXPARTY’ committee ensures everyone is both working and playing hard, whether it be ‘lunch and learn’ sessions, team building activities, team drinks, or full-on parties with all the glitz and glamour. Everyone needs to have fun!
Wellbeing champions
At each of our sites and our Head Office we have nominated Wellbeing Champions. They undergo a range of training, including Mental Health First Aid qualifications, to ensure they are well-prepared to work with their colleagues to make BOXPARK a happy and healthy place to work. 'As a BOXPARK Wellbeing Champion, I'm here for my colleagues to talk to at any time about things they may be struggling with. We've had a lot of coaching to ensure we know what to do - it isn't always about trying to solve people's problems. It's about being an approachable, friendly and confidential ear for people who may be struggling but feel they don't want to make a fuss. Team fitness
We love to work out at BOXPARK! From football to rugby and running to cycling, we do it all. We encourage fitness both during and outside the working hours with our weekly lunchtime Run Club and evening football matches. We also offer the Cycle To Work Scheme and discounted gym memberships for our team.

What we do for the the wider community
Pop-Up Kitchen
We act as incubators for small and independent food businesses. Our pop-up kitchen is a space open to emerging food businesses who want to experience operating in a busy and exciting environment. We partnered with StartUp Croydon in 2022 to launch a campaign to give local early stage food entrepreneurs an opportunity to take their street food concept to the next level with a FREE three-month pop-up kitchen.
Free Community Events
We host over 1,500 events per year across our venues; most of which are free and accessible to everyone in our local communities. Our event programme is rich in diversity and culture, as we strive to provide entertainment for underrepresented and minority groups. We were the official after party venue for Croydon PrideFest in 2023 and collaborated with Club Soda to provide access to music and arts for people with learning disabilities.
The Black & Brilliant List:
We launched an initiative entitled ‘The Black & Brilliant List 2023’ – a campaign to recognise and champion a community of emerging Black creators across food, fashion, arts & culture, entertainment, sports and music. As part of this, we have created a pledge to demonstrate our support without words by investing up to £20,000 in 12 Black British trailblazers in the creative industries who we will help to achieve their ambitions in 2023. The first six Black creators will be showcasing their talent and work this year!
Our traders
We have been home to the best street food and retail offerings over many years. We have food from all corners of the globe, exciting retailers offering everything from homemade Africa inspired clothing to skateboards and art.

The Argentinian Grill
Our journey started in BOXPARK Croydon four years ago with our concepts, The Noodle Bar and The Argentinian Grill. With BOXPARK's consistent support and direction our businesses have grown dramatically and within the four years of trading in Croydon, we have successfully launched WOK N GRILL in Shoreditch and The Argentinian Grill Wembley.
BOXPARK have shown such incredible substructure, community spirit and sustainability that our businesses have also managed to survive the pandemic.

BOXPARK made it possible for us to launch our first site in a popular mixed use destination, right outside Wembley stadium. They are the perfect compliment to our proposition and it's great to be surrounded by independent businesses who thrive on creativity. Our favourite thing about being part of the community is the BOXPARK Black Card, which is a ready made database for us to market to and grow our business.

Astrid and Miyu first joined the BOXPARK location in Shoreditch in 2019. Our brand has had and continues to keep performing well. We chose BOXPARK because we wanted to be part of the community in such a fantastic location. We are a fast growing company and BOXPARK has been a great support during this time.
BOXPARK creates a great community for both established and emerging brands. There is a great sense of partnership with BOXPARK. There is fantastic support for engaging with the community and having events and making it a real destination. It is always great to see different brands appearing and making it different from other retail locations. During the pandemic Boxpark has been supportive and communicated well and assisted us in a smooth transition and reopening.
