Tell us who you are and what you do.
We’re Raj and Raj, a husband and wife team, that own Udderlicious Ice Cream. We’re an independent business and make our ice cream fresh every day in our two Ice cream parlours, one of which is on Upper St in Islington and the other in Seven Dials, Covent Garden. And now we’re at Boxpark Wembley!
How did Udderlicious come about?
We wanted to create a brand that makes good quality ice cream that tastes great, where we involve our customers in what we make so that they’re on the journey with us, whilst giving the best customer service we can provide. Inspiration for brand colours actually came from a plate and we wanted a name that was catchy and came up with Udderlicious, which is a play on words.
What song best sums up your brand?
It’s somewhere between ‘What’s your flavour?’ by Craig David and ‘Your imagination’ from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
What can customers expect from you at Boxpark Wembley?
Fresh, high quality, hand made ice cream using really good ingredients. We have high standards and really care about the products we make.
What is your favourite item on your menu?
Vegan brownie sundaes with all the bells and whistles.
Which other Boxpark trader would you recommend to customers?
Boki. They have the most amazing coffee and delicious food. In their Seven Dials branch they make some killer cocktails.
What is your favourite thing about Wembley?
It has to be the stadium and arena - 2 iconic venues where personally we’ve seen some amazing artists and bands perform live.
