If you're thinking of grabbing yourself a seriously good burger then one of the first places that springs to mind is probably MEATliquor. Their penchant for quality burgers  has garnered wide spread admiration from meat lovers across the country but did you know that their burgers only make up around 25% of their entire menu? That's right, aside from a selection of winning beef patty combinations, there are wings, hotdogs, fries and mind-melting chicken burgers. Oh, they also make a mean cocktail too. We caught up with MEATliquor's founder, Yianni Papoutsis, to find out what he loves about his restaurant's new home in Croydon and what his last meal on earth would be.

For those who don't know, tell us who you are and what you do?

We are MEATliquor and we started life as the MEATwagon burger van and the #MEATeasy pop up, back in 2011. Since then, we've branched out into operating eleven outposts all around the UK.

Which song best sums up your brand?

It would have to be 'One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer' by Johnny Lee Hooker.

What can customers expect from your restaurant at Boxpark Croydon?

Like our other restaurants dotted around the country, MEATliquor Croydon very much has that MEATliquor vibe to it. We even have a DJ booth at the end of a catwalk above the bar, so we'll be making noise, having fun and dishing up quality meat dishes, delicious sides and exciting cocktails

What is your favourite item from your menu?

That would be t
he Buffalo Chicken Burger. It has all the taste of Buffalo Wings but with added fun. It includes our incredible house-made hot sauce and a cool and creamy blue cheese sauce.

What is your favourite cocktail from your menu?

Definitely the 
House Grog; a dangerous blend of light & dark rums with a splash of overproof rum shaken with our secret grog mix…guaranteed winner.

Which other Boxpark Croydon trader would you recommend to customers?

Greek on the Street! Their Mediterranean menu is so tasty and there are so many fantastic flavour combinations on offer.

What is your favourite thing about Croydon?

Surrey Street Market - it's been there since 1236 AD! You can get so much quality fresh fruit and veg for your money.

Finally, what would be your last meal on Earth and why?

It's gotta be a Dead Hippie™ burger washed down with a Fallen Angelita.
