This week sees the arrival of our latest eatery - Longboys. We caught up with them to find out more about their mouthwatering menu.
Tell us who you are and what you do.
We’re a pair of top pastry chefs - Heather Kaniuk and Graham Hornigold, who now run hospitality consultancy firm, Smart Patisserie working throughout the UK, GCC and Asia. Previously, we have been featured in industry publications such as The Staff Canteen, So Good magazine, Journal du Patissier, Cacao Barry, Great British Chefs, and we have both travelled extensively, working the super yacht and Michelin restaurant circuit, and 5 star hotels and the Michelin starred Hakkasan group, bringing our global experience to Boxpark Wembley.
How did Longboys come about?
We wanted to bring a unique and playful concept centred around long pastries to the market. We’re serious about great flavours, less sugar and some slightly healthier pastries.

What can customers expect from you at Boxpark Wembley?
Expect the unexpected! Longboys brings gourmet doughnuts, soft serve ice-cream, artisan coffee, sodas, and a smile to Boxpark Wembley.
What is your favourite item on your menu?
We love the Apple crumble longboy, perfect on cold days.
Which other Boxpark trader would you recommend to customers?
We’re big fans of the food at KoolCha, the flavour really packs a punch!
What is your favourite thing about Wembley?
Football, but only when Arsenal win.
