Few things go down as well in the depths of coldest winter than a proper curry. From their Westfield, Stratford, launch back in 2011, Indigo has been making tracks in the world of quality Indian street food. We caught up with Sham Mahabir to learn more about their delicious dishes, brilliant Bento's and quality curries.
Tell us who you are and what you do.
I'm Sham and I work in Business Development for Indigo - one of the best rated curry houses in London. We are passionate about creating authentic and delicious Indian food.

What we can we expect from you at Boxpark Croydon?
Indigo is all about fresh flavours to tantalise tastebuds. We always deliver a friendly welcome with quality service and our vibrant colours are displayed both in the dishes we serve and the decor of our restaurants. We are also the only restaurant, at Boxpark Croydon, that caters for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free diets AND meat lovers! There is literally something for everyone.
What is your favourite item on your menu?
This changes fairly frequently but the Masala Dosa and Aubergine Alou tie for first place.
Which other Boxpark Croydon trader would you recommend to customers?
Coqfighter! I don't eat meat often but their wings with the spicy sauce...enough said!
What is your favourite thing about Croydon?
That's easy - it's Boxpark, of course! But in all seriousness, we love the eclectic mix of customers we get to interact with on a daily basis. It's fantastic getting to know them and share our menu with Croydon.
If you were on death row, what would be your last meal and why?
Masala Dosa! I recently went to Dubai and I literally had one every day I was there - I may have issues!
