You can't have Boxpark without quality coffee, and you can't have quality coffee without Boki.
Seven Dials' caffeine hub is making the leap to Wembley! We caught up with founders, Boris and Kim, to find out more.
Tell us who you are and what you do.
Boki (Boris & Kim) are two friends with a passion for coffee, food and drink.
How did Boki come about?
We met working in film post production in Soho and became fast friends around our shared love of food, coffee and obscure 80s action movies.
Over 10 Years later we decided to take the plunge and open somewhere that offered our style of food and drink in a venue we could be proud of. Three years later and we have a great space in Seven Dials and are expanding our brand to Boxpark Wembley.
What song best sums up your brand?
Push it to the Limit from the Scarface soundtrack. It would be playing over a ridiculous montage of excess, of course.
What can customers expect from you at Boxpark Wembley?
Fantastic coffees, teas, juices, cakes and smoothies. Tasty and, mostly, healthy sandwiches, salads and soups with friendly - slightly crazy - staff all in a small box, designed like you’ve never seen before!
What's your favourite item on your menu?
Espresso coffee with a salted caramel brownie.
Which other Boxpark trader would you recommend to customers?
They are all amazing and really exciting vendors. Kabab have some really delicious options!
What is your favourite thing about Wembley?
The buzz, there’s such rapid development going on here, you can sense it in the air.
You can follow Boki on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
