BOXPARK has launched its first click & collect service in addition to its delivery operation, enabling Londoners to order and pay for food and drink directly from their device.
From 4th July, visitors at any BOXPARK venue can simply order food and drink from their favourite street food trader and pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit / debit card, before tucking into their delicious meal.
The click & collect service gives foodies the choice of ordering from inside the venue to pick up their food quickly, or they can pre-order from wherever they are and schedule their preferred pick-up time. Users will receive notifications when their order is being prepared and when it is ready to collect.
Each BOXPARK venue at Shoreditch, Croydon and Wembley offers an exciting array of global street food options. With the new click & collect service, users can now browse the menus of BOXPARK’s street food restaurants before placing an order, without even needing to download an app or register an online account.
In addition, BOXPARK will be resuming its delivery service which launched at the start of the UK’s lockdown, allowing customers to order food and drink from their nearest venue via Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat. A select group of its street food traders will also be running a table service for those who wish to dine-in.
Ahead of the reopening, BOXPARK is implementing new safety measures on each site to ensure a safe experience for visitors, including the enforcement of safe distancing. More information on this can be found here.
Roger Wade, BOXPARK CEO & Founder comments on the reopening: “We are excited to welcome people back into our venues this weekend, but at the same time it’s crucial to ensure we are providing a safe and clean environment for our visitors - our team have been working extremely hard to achieve this in time for our reopening.
“We understand that whilst many Londoners can’t wait to dine in at their favourite restaurants or eateries, some will be more cautious once lockdown has ended and may prefer to get food delivered to their home or collect their food to takeaway. Through our new click & collect service and delivery operation, we have found a safe way to continue serving our selection of delicious global street food to customers.”
All BOXPARK venues will provide table service, delivery and click & collect 7 days a week between 11am to 11pm. To comply with government guidelines, visitors will be required to pre-register for tickets on the website here to gain entry into any of the venues or to organised events via Eventbrite.
