The geniuses behind Bukowski Grill have done it again, bringing a delicious gourmet touch to their ‘Burger Of The Month’
The BOTM for June:
- ‘The Cheeky Chap’
- 180g Beef patty topped (best served as rare as you can handle), with Confit Pig’s Cheek, St. Gall Swiss Cheese, Watercress Aioli and Pickled Gherkins.
Actually, as far as we’re concerned, Confit Pig’s Cheek should be used as a replacement for Bacon in all burgers: chunky, slightly crispy and far more flavoursome.
Get down here now and couple the masterpiece of meat with Bukowski’s triple-cooked chips (smothered in secret recipe spicy Ketchup), and wash it down with one of the restaurant’s carefully selected craft ales.
