British Red Cross #POPUP 10-15/06/2014
Leading UK fashion designer Giles Deacon along with a host of other top names are lending their support to the British Red Cross as part of this year’s Red Cross Week.
From the 10th-15th June, the British Red Cross will be here @BOXPARK with their #REDCROSSPOPUP selling items donated by well known names such as Hugo Boss, House of Holland, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Nike and Kurt Geiger.
Giles Deacon who donated a dress to the shop said; “I am proud to be one of the designers supporting this exciting new pop up shop at Box Park in aid of the British Red Cross. Shoppers have just one week to take part in some guilt free shopping and get heir hands on designer items with all the proceeds helping the British Red Cross support people in crisis.”
As well as new items from many of the London Fashion Week designers, the pop-up will be selling used designer clothing and accessories which is good news for vintage enthusiasts. It is a great opportunity for fashionistas to get their hands on designer goods at the same time as doing a good deed for the Red Cross.
On 12 June between 6.30 – 8.30 pm the store will host a sewing workshop with London fashion designer Karine Bono, where guests will be able to pick items from the in-store haberdashery and take home their very own customised tee. Tickets are £15, with all proceeds to the British Red Cross, include a t-shirt, haberdashery, glass of wine and nibbles.
