Pieminister had been looking for somewhere different and exciting to set up shop in London, somewhere that Londoners who’d discovered pieminister pies at music festivals could get their hands on them all year round. BOXPARK is ideal. Located in a thriving, creative community (which also happens to be the birthplace of pie and mash) Boxpark’s unique mall of ‘box shops’ suits the pieminister brand down to the ground. And the constraints of the shipping container space lead the pieminister  team to create an interior that reflects  the brand’s style and humour in a completely new way for the company. Pieminister believes BOXPARK will go from strength to strength and are proud to be a part of this, the world’s first pop-up mall.

WHAT SPECIAL PLANS DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR BRAND AT BOXPARK?
Pieminister is famous for its range of award winning pies, available now at Boxpark. Pieminister BOXPARK will also be the launch pad for some exciting new pies planned for 2012. All pieminister’s pies are made in Bristol using fresh British, responsibly sourced ingredients encased in perfect, buttery, flaky pastry.

Try the Matador pie (British beef, chorizo, butterbeans and sherry) and the Chicken of Aragon pie (free range British chicken, wood-smoked bacon, roast garlic and vermouth) or the vegetarian Heidi pie (Somerset goats’ cheese, sweet potato, red onion, spinach and roast garlic). And new to the range: the pietanic pie (MSC-certified salmon, smoked haddock and Pollock in a creamy parsley sauce) – a double gold star winner in the 2011 Great Taste Awards.

Chose any pie from the range and add your choice of sides (buttery mash, minted peas and rich gravy) for a winter-busting pie feast. The infamous ‘mothership’ (a pie from the range with all the sides topped with crispy shallots and cheddar cheese) will cost £7.50 and a hot pie with gravy is £4.25.

Eat your hot steamy pie in one of the booths indoors or take it away. Pies are also available to buy chilled.

Also on offer is a selection of handmade brownies, drinks and old-fashioned sausage rolls made with ourdoor-reared British pork.
