Wine Deli

Adam, Tom and Dan in Wine & Deli

Spotlight presents a regular feature on our tenants at Boxpark Croydon, helping you get to know the people behind the menus and find out what motivates them, what their signature dishes are and what they love about Croydon.

This week, we went to visit our friends Adam, Dan and Tom at Wine & Deli. The locals among you will already know the boys from their first venture at Matthews Yard - Brgr&Beer. These fellas have been serving up seriously good grub in Croydon ever since they decided to jack in their dull 9-5 jobs. Their risk paid off and the success of Brgr&Beer has lead them to their second restaurant, Wine&Deli, at Boxpark Croydon:

Tell us a little about who you are and what you do...

We are Wine&Deli. We specialise in rustic sandwiches and salads during the day and then switch it up in the evening
with natural wines, charcuterie, cheese and small plates.

What song best sums up your brand and why?

So Fresh, So Clean - Outkast

What can we expect from you guys at Boxpark Croydon?

Expect the least pretentious  wine bar in London. Good food, good drinks. Good times and good vibes.

What is your favourite item on your menu?

The Bavette Steak with Chimichurri is where it's at.

Which other Boxpark Croydon tenants would you recommend to customers?

Nanny Outars have some unreal Guyanese rotis. So many good flavours going on and they are a good bunch of lads. Bukowski for their bad boy ribs and also Mud for their banging brunch.

What is your favourite thing about Croydon?

Brgr&Beer down at Matthews Yard. Best burgers in Croydon ;)

What would be your last meal on death row and why?

A meal at Pitt Cue without a doubt. The meat there is too sick.
