The Potato Project is the one-stop shop for a proper jacket potato. Really.

You can keep it simple with classic toppings like butter, cheese or chilli or you can be adventurous and try any number of original flavour combinations. We have it on good authority that the sweet potato with mozzarella, tomato and pesto is a winner but you'll have to step in and see for yourself.

The mastermind behind this spud-tacular restaurant is Ksenia Karpenko and she gave us the low down on what makes The Potato Project work so well.

We are the baked potato company. We make simple, yet sexy, mind-blowing jacket and sweet potatoes.


What song best sums up your brand and why?


Dog Days are Over by Florence & The Machine. We share the same over-the-roof energy!


What can we expect from you at Boxpark Croydon?


Delicious gastronomical discoveries with the most common vegetables in the world, some of which we source from Croydon's Surrey Street Market, where they have a fantastic selection. Tighten your seat belts and brace yourself!


What is your favourite dish on your menu?


The Autumn Wild Mushroom with Spinach, Blue Cheese & Truffle Oil is ridiculously good.


Which other Boxpark trader would you recommend to customers?


We love Fish, Wings & Tings , Coqfighter & Mud. Thai Express is great as well!

 

What is your favourite thing about Croydon?

 

The people of Croydon are amazing! They're such an adventurous and warm crowd.

 

If you were on death row, what would be your last meal and why?

 

I would have La Closerie Champagne from Jerome Prevost with anything my mum cooks!
