Spotlight - Feed Me Primal
— 27 Nov 2016 by Lauren Furey
In case you didn't know, Feed Me Primal is the UK's only paleo street food stall. The concept is simple - eat like a cavaman, thereby, reducing your intake of processed foods, salt and sugar. It's taking off in a big, big way and Gemma Callander, the brains behind this street food sensation, is cooking up daily doses of healthy; using only the finest and freshest ingredients available.
We had a chat with Gemma about what it is exactly that Feed Me Primal brings to the table at Boxpark Croydon...
Tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do.
Feed Me Primal is all about eating lots of veg and good quality meat and with no s**t in your food. We use fresh ingredients every day and cook each meal to order. We also use free-range chicken and grass-fed steak as well as offering a wide range of gluten-free beers, wine and proper cider.
