1. Tell us about who you are and what you do?

We're a dessert bar serving fun loving soft serve ice cream in contemporary ways. We take traditional desserts and asian influences to create new flavours, combinations and toppings. We mix our own soft serve flavours in store which varies from Matcha, tiramisu, blueberry and even banana and salted caramel.  

2. Which song best sums up your brand and why?

This is difficult...! ! !  

3. What can we expect from your stay at BOXPARK?

Delicious premium soft serve ice cream and new concoctions! We are planning for halloween and Christmas ! Hopefully make a bang on Instagram and Shoreditch with deliciousness, different colours and concepts!  

4. What item on your menu would you recommend and why?

The Matcha Madness because of all the different textures you can experience from the gooey rice balls, smooth tasting red bean paste and crumbly oreos crunch after the matcha ice cream melts in your mouth.  

5. What is your favourite current @BOXPARK brand and why?

Too many brands to choose from! Would say Utter Couture, love the selections and their little mascot, french bull dog beau.!  

6. What's your top Shoreditch tip?

Emma: Love strolling around the small roads around shore ditch to see the street arts. Truman Brewery around the corner because of the things that pop up there and the buffalo chicken wings are hard to keep away from!

Nicky: Dirty Burger's chicken burger is a must try!  

7. What does the future hold for your brand?

Who knows, we would like to have a dessert bar in Shoreditch one day where we have more space to bring soft serve ice cream ideas to life, show more to everybody who loves soft serve and hopefully cater to more audiences e,g vegans and vegetarians.

8. What would be your last meal on Death Row and why?

Emma: 10 piece bucket from KFC. One of my guilty pleasures.

Nicky: Crispy Pork Belly Rice.
